At Protiviti, we value the importance of being a good corporate citizen, and as such, we constantly hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards both in the workplace and outside of it. Integrity and responsibility are two of the eight core values under which we operate. We believe in doing the right thing even if it may compromise our short-term profitability. We don’t waver from the truth or crater under pressure. We are willing to be sufficiently creative and flexible, but always operate under a high moral, ethical and legal standard.
Our commitment goes beyond our clients and extends into the communities in which our people live and work. Protiviti employees around the world are making strides in bettering their areas thanks to the efforts of local committees devoted to coordinating philanthropy projects throughout the year. In addition, Protiviti believes in each employee’s potential to effect change in his or her community, and to that end, the company provides several avenues to support employees’ individual efforts, including a matching-gifts program and grants for employees to contribute to the organizations where they volunteer.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc., we are proud to follow in the footsteps of our parent company’s commitment to corporate citizenship.
iCare – Protiviti’s Community Involvement Program
Protiviti recognizes that volunteerism is the most direct way our employees can impact their communities. Therefore, we encourage our professionals to determine the civic-involvement opportunities that are most important to them. We are proud to support employees and their charities of choice through programs such as our matching-gifts program. Our professionals are devoted to giving back to the communities in which they work and live.
The CSR team of Protiviti Capability Center started a month long donation drive in terms of clothes, toys and stationeries for nearly 200 underprivileged school children living in the nearby locality. On 14th November, which is celebrated as 'children's day' in India, our CSR volunteers visited the school to handover the collected donations and also spend some time with the school kids. The team conducted targeted sessions with kids covering topics such as general safety awareness, health and hygiene. Here are few glimpses from the event:
